FAQ

Shipping Policy:

We will ship your item via UPS or FedEx Overnight Shipping, choosing the best service based on your location. While most packages are expected to arrive by noon the following day, we cannot guarantee this.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped, allowing you to track its progress. It is your responsibility as the buyer to monitor the tracking and ensure the package is received.

Seller is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen events once the item is in the hands of UPS or FedEx. The carrier assumes full responsibility after the item has shipped.

We will use the shipping address provided. Please ensure the address is correct, as seller is not responsible for address errors.

Shipping to PO boxes is not available, and we do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.

Standard shipping days are Monday through Thursday.

 

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy:

Seller guarantees that your Berghia Nudibranch will arrive as described and alive. Upon arrival, they may appear inactive, and it may take a few minutes for them to start moving.

If your order arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact within 2 hours of delivery. If the shipping delay is due to the carrier, we are not responsible for covering shipping costs, though we will work with you to resolve the situation.

We will use the UPS or FedEx delivery time to confirm the package's arrival. A clear photo of the deceased nudibranch inside the unopened shipping container is required to process your DOA claim. Please do not dispose of the nudibranch until we confirm the issue via email.

While DOAs are extremely rare unless there is a shipping delay, the guarantee will be void if no photo is provided within the 2-hour window. Once the DOA is confirmed, you will receive store credit for future purchases (excluding shipping costs). Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns
